Freediving Gear Introduction

Learn how to use basic freediving equipment, including masks, fins, snorkels, wetsuits, and weight systems.

Certificate Requirements

Complete the knowledge development section, either online or with an instructor.

Demonstrate proficiency in confined water skills, including a static breath-hold of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 meters.

Safely perform open water dives to a minimum depth of 10 meters.

Successfully complete all safety and rescue procedures.
Course Duration
The PADI Freediver Level 1 course typically takes
2-3 days to complete, depending on individual progress and conditions.

Level 2 PADI Freediver Course
The PADI Freediver Level 2 course is designed for those who have completed their Level 1 certification and want to advance their freediving skills. This intermediate course builds on the techniques learned in Level 1, introducing deeper diving techniques, more advanced equalization, and breath-hold strategies. It’s the perfect next step for divers looking to expand their freediving abilities and explore greater depths safely.

Introduction to Training Techniques

Certificate Requirements

Complete the knowledge development section, either online or with an instructor.

Demonstrate proficiency in confined water skills, including a static breath-hold of 2 minutes 30 seconds and dynamic apnea of 50 meters.

Safely perform constant weight open water dives to a depth of 20 meters.

Successfully complete all advanced rescue and safety procedures.

The PADI Freediver Level 2 course typically takes
3-4 days to complete, depending on individual progress and conditions.
